Belt Grinding Machines

Grind Master Machines offers Belt Grinding Machine. This is used for deburring & finishing flat surfaces of brass doorplates, lock plates, electric iron sole plates, cutlery blanks, clutch plates, punched and fine blanked parts. The machine can be offered with one or more belt heads (up to 6 heads). Every head has individual job size adjustment, maintenance free belt tensioning arrangement. Jobs up to 150 and 75 mm height can be ground, deburred and polished. For higher width, different models are available. Abrasive belts from 36 to 400 grits are used. Offered optional are: motorised job size adjustment, magnetic table below conveyor, variable speed drive to conveyor motor, coolant system, pneumatic belt detentioning, inlet outlet roller table, etc.
