Automatic Reciprocating Grinding System

The Automatic Reciprocating Grinding System, Falcon G-1 can be easily installed on any lathe to undertake high precision taper grinding, internal grinding, end face grinding, and OD grinding. This system ensures highly concentric results, through the stable rotation of air motor and spindle, and the automatic reciprocating motion of the cylinder shaft. The system is available with adjustable stroke range of 5-55 mm. The speed of the reciprocating motion can also be adjusted (15-141 mm/sec). The system has a patented non-redial play mechanism to ensure high precision grinding and excellent surface finish.
