Automatic Surface Grinding Machine

The large size Surface Grinding Machine, Model GSH-8 with table size 800 X 400mm have rigid construction and high motor power for higher metal removal rate. The longitudinal table drive of the machine is hydraulic with separate hydraulic power pack and solenoid valves. The grinding machine is provided with reversal cushioning device to facilitate soft reversal of the table. Table speed is infinitely variable from 1 to 18 m/min. Spindle center above the table is 525mm and rapid vertical movement is 140 mm/min with least count of 0.001mm. The drive is electro-mechanical by means of trapezoidal lead screw and adjustable split nuts. The backless of the same can be adjusted. Auto cross feed is infinitely variable from 2mm to 35mm per stroke and rapid job positioning speed is 1200 mm/min. Grinding spindle housing is assembled with super precision bearings grease packed with imported grease for long trouble free service. Controls are provided to control the flow of lubrication oil in to guide ways.
