Abrasive Belt Grinders

Sahyog abrasive belt grinders come complete with electric motor, serrated rubber contact wheel for high rate of material removal, telescopic tendering arm for belt tensioning, safety belt guard, and fitted with a rotary On-Off switch. They are available with different motor ratings from 1 HP to 2 HP and tile abrasive belts having widths from 50 mm to 150 mm depending upon the models. The machines are supplied on bench, pedestal or lathe tool post mounting for easy operation. These machines are ideally suited for metals and plastics finishing and used in industries like pipe fitting, sheet metal fabricators, surgical instrument manufacturers, electrical equipment manufacturers, plastic manufacturing works, optical industry and textile roll grinding on lathes.
