Tube Cut Off Knives

Dee Tee Industries manufactures punch type tube cut off knives since 1975. Dee Tee manufactures tube cut off knives that really cut with exact sharpness, strength and wear resistance. Knives are made from HSS (AISI M2). Best heat treatment is given to keep hardness within +/- 1 HRC. Advantage of using punch type tube cut off system is, high length accuracy, i.e. +/-1 mm on 3 meters, suitable for round and section tubes. TIN coating is also available. The present capacity to manufacture these knives is @ 2000 pieces per month which is largest in South East Asia. Metallurgical properties are very important in case of tube cut off knives because of impact cutting. Dee Tee has in house most modern heat treatment facilities for proper control.
