Fludtherm Technology (P) Ltd offers the Champion Tool Treater, a compact and flexible heat treatment plant that can perform all heat treatment processes including carburising and nitriding. It can be rapidly heated up and switched off at will. It can also be used for product and process prototyping as well as small production runs on newly developed parts for field testing. It is also a valuable R&D asset for optimisation of process parameters and new process development. A plant consisting of a fluidised bed furnace, a quench tank and material handling device are mounted on a compact skid which needs only utility connection to start up. Fluidtherm is a technologically advanced manufacturer of heat treatment furnaces, fluidised bed reactors and chemical/mineral processing plants. In addition to all facilities for plant design, procurement, manufacture, start-up and after service, the company operates a versatile thermal processing test facility where process and product development and client services like failure analysis, process selection/optimisation, trouble shooting and contract R&D are carried out.
