Standard Cutting Tools

Tool Concept manufactures and supplies Standard Cutting Tools. The company manufactures both HSS special and standard cutting tools and the product range includes core drills and extra long drills; reamers, hole mills, counter bore cutters, counter sink cutters; side and face cutters, cylindrical cutters, slab mill cutters, slotting cutters, form relieved cutters; and subland drills, combination tools such as frill reamers, drill and counter sink, drill and counter bore. Other products and activities include: diesinking cutters, ball nose cutters, shaping and grooving cutters for pencil industries; circular and flat form tools; carbide pulley grooving tools; carbide form tools; regrinding of solid carbide ball nose cutters and end mills; resharpening of HSS tools; job work for cylindrical grinding. It also undertakes conversation work of drills, reamers to required sizes so as to make use of dead stock. Future production plans include collets, collet holders and punches. The list of production machinery includes: WMW optical profile grinding machine; HMT cylindrical grinding machine; HMT milling machine; Praga tool and cutter grinder; and Profile projector.
