The product range includes ball nose, rib ball nose for deep reach, taper ball nose, square end mills, rib end mills, taper end mills, radius end mills, micro end mills, etc. These end mills are available for machining hardened steel up to HRC 65. These end mills are available with Mugen coating. A TiAIN coating that is superior in heat and wears resistance, Mugen coating is the most efficient coating that was selected among hundreds of process conditions. Successful in decreasing droplets, it exhibits excellent cutting performance. First letter of model "M" represents Mugen coating series. NS is continuously developing and improving Mugen coating for better cutting performance. Stable finish machining continuously last long for a wide range of work materials from tempered steel to hardened steel (70 HRC).
