CAD/CAM design facilities make sure the compatibility of shaving cutters along with pr-shaved tool for better contact and to achieve required true involute form diameters of the gears. Esgi Tools manufactures Shaving cutters for involute gears as per international standards . Shaving cutters are manufactured in conventional/diagonal/underpass type with tip relief, K-profile and lead crowning. The shaving cutters are designed with the help of specially designed software and profile is grinded on imported machines. The company is supplying shaving cutters regularly to OEMs and vendors in tractor, two-wheeler, four wheeler industries. Re-sharpening service of shaving cutters is also provided.
