Ready Cut Shims

Ready cut shims are manufactured using die/punch process, hence they are burr free and flat. Each shim is individually marked for thickness, hence selecting these shims while doing alignment is easy. Ready cut shims would save a lot of time and effort required to cut shims from sheets. Moreover since they are flat and burr free the job of alignment becomes accurate and more reliable. These shims are almost a permanent investment for any industrial plant, since they are made of SS 304. The shims are available in various thickness: 0.05, 0.1, 0.2, 0.5 and 1mm. Other thickness can be offered on demand, for maximum bolt size 45 mm. The company can also offer special/tailor made shims as per drawing.
