Pipe Cutting System

Plazma Cutting Equipment offers Pipe Cutting System. This cutting system uses rugged plasma torch technology, advanced robots, off line robotic software, an anti-vibration cantilevered gantry and digital work cell and calibration. This system is highly flexible and reliable, and can profile all types of 3D profiles, including pipe and sections, with a repeatability of ±0.1mm. The cutting envelope with the unique cantilever design is 3 m wide, 30 m length and 1.5 m high. The robot is now liberated from repetitive jobs and cuts a new 3D or 2D job every time. Multilevel offline and online programming enables data input from all levels of an organization. This means that both the operator on the shop floor and design engineers in the CAD department can program the robot. Laser-like cutting is possible at a fraction of the operating and capital costs of a laser with coherent plasma. Plate nesting: advanced plazma analyser software enables nesting to be interfaced with this system. This means a complete nested plate can be cut with optimum material savings in a mere 8 minutes. Bolt holes of dia equal to job thickness can be cut exceeding punching quality. Multiple closely spaced slots can be cut with minimal heating and distortion 2D and 3D multilevel offline and online. programming: flexible programming enables data input from all levels of an organization.
