O-Cut Multi-Blade System Blades

Q-Cut spring clamp design blades are now part of the Multi-Blade system. The standard Multi-Blade System includes 36 adapters and 86 parting and face grooving blades, which allow for over 750 tool combinations. If none of these standards meet requirements, customers can still get a tool to meet their needs in less time than it takes for a special tool by customizing the blades under the Tailor Made service. Blades for parting/grooving and for face grooving are available in two different coupling size/direction combinations. Both blade styles have optional insert type and seat size and maximum depth of cut. The parting and grooving blades can also be customized based on maximum workpiece diameter. Options for customization of the face grooving blades include blade style (the blade curves in either of two directions relative to the vertical face of the coupling-either towards or away from the coupling) and minimum inside diameter of groove in first cut.
