Low Noise Helical Cutter Head

The Guillen helical cutter head is a silent tool as it is quieter than the engine of the machine on which it is fitted and therefore cannot be heard. It is easy to maintain- users only need to turn the tips to use one of the other cutting sides. When the four sides have been used, they can be replaced with new ones. The product can be declined in a full range for uses and applications such as planing, tennoning and roughing. The carbide tips fitted on these tools can be found in different sizes. G 14=14* 14*2, G 14.5=14.5*14.5*2.5 or G 15=15*15*2.5, according to the requirements. G 14.5 carbide tips and G 15 carbide tips are thicker than G 14. They are consequently more resistant to abrasion. G 15 carbide tips have rounded sides for better finishing.
