Line Of Solid Carbide End Mills

The line of solid carbide end mills is said to provide outstanding performance and allow optimum speeds and feeds, says the builder. That means one will be able to produce better parts faster with advanced geometry. With these carbide end mills, one not only gets faster carbide cutting speeds, but also high rigidity with minimum tool deflection. The reason for their reliability is their micro-grain carbide structure that provides excellent hardness, wear-resistance, and high strength needed to resist fracture and chipping. All style are centre cutting, two- and four-flute single end, regular, stub, and long lengths. In addition, the line includes two- and four-flute double ends in regular and stub lengths, and three flutes in regular length. Diameters available from 1/16" to 1" in uncoated, titanium nitride (TiN), and titanium carbonitride (TiCN) that provide increased chip flow, longer tool life with higher speeds and feeds.
