Keyway broaches

Addison, a leading manufacturer and exporter of high-speed steel cutting tools, manufactures Keybro brand of keyway broaches. These are a combination of standard keyway broaches with suitable bushings for maintenance and for making keyways. The keyway with the bush type broaches can be used in a standard arbor press, which is manually operated with the Keybro set. Handling the entire broaching operation is a relatively simple process. The broach is clearly marked with the sizes for the desired width of the keyway. The broaches are furnished with an 8" to 10" rake for use on ferrous materials and a desired combination of bore, for which the respective bushes are provided. All keyway broaches are manufactured from imparted high-speed steel having a perfect consistency in quality. Heat treatment ensures the desired cutting edge hardness and a better life of the broach. The broaches are easy to operate on a non standard hand press and are delivered in a compact kit, making it quite easy to carry and handle. On request individual broaches would be supplied. This maintenance broach is widely used in chemical industries, refineries, pump industries and all major maintenance workshops.
