HYDRAULIC SHEARS

Nihaal Industries offers Hydraulic Shears. It is conventional NC, with thickness 3.15-25 mm and length 1500-4000 mm. Varying rake (cutting) angle helps cut thinner sheets, softer metals with minimal twist at faster rate to get quality in subsequent operations like punching, bending, drawing. Extra capacity at higher rake angle helps cut inconsistent/ harder/ thicker than nominal capacity plates within limits. Other features: firm holding of plate - before cutting avoids sheets slippage, avoids excess load on machine, improves blade life; easy blade gap setting helps cut with minimal force on machine-blades and get clean burr-free edges to avoid reworking while welding/ assembly; three ways to set cutting width - front operated powered back gauge; shadow of wire over cutting line; squaring arm mounted scale-stop; easy and safe plate handling - hardened bars on recessed table; front supports help feed long plates; and ramp on rear slides cut sheets out. Press brakes are also available in a wide range.
