HSS Circular Saw Blades

Decostyle Technics offers a range of HSS Circular Saw Blades. These metal slitting saws are manufactured at a modern, state-of-the-art. A team of dedicated technocrats meticulously control each phase of the manufacturing process so that quality and precision are ensured at all times. The company also makes saws from HSS M-35 (C05) grade for critical cutting applications depending on the customers’ requirement. The TiN coating of saw blades is carried out in a vacuum furnace, where by the PVD process (physical vapour deposition) titanium is vaporised and reacts with nitrogen gas. This deposits on the saw blade a gold-coloured, very hard layer of TiN with a thickness of 2-4 /um. Decostyle TiN coated saw blades offer clear advantages compared with non-surface treated bright circular saw blades. Some of the advantages are: high cutting speeds and feeds (50-100%), longer service lives (50-200%), less friction resistance and less wear, lower tooling costs, higher efficiency, and in particular on automatic sawing machines.Range: diameter – 200 to 500 mm; and thickness – 1 mm to 5 mm. Material: for most of the general applications, saws are made from HSS M-2 (DM05) grade.
