HR/CR slitting cutters

SK Beri Pvt Ltd offers HR/CR slitting cutters manufactured from forged tool steels and special alloy steels. These cutters are suitable for slitting non-ferrous metals such as aluminium and brass as well as ferrous materials such as mild steel CRGO, CRNGO and stainless steels. These cutters are heat treated for optimum toughness and perfectly engineered for dimensional stability and long life. Foil cutters are supplied for foil thickness less than 0.1 mm. Other features of the cutters are: long life between regrinding; sharp uniform shearing edge after each regrind; low down time - high productivity; more tonnage throughout tool life; knife face ground finish up to 0.2 Ra and range from 0.1 to 16 mm thick trip.
