Vinod Industries of New Delhi offers Class A Gear Shaving Cutters in all modules, pressure angles, helix angles and in all types conventional, underpass and plunge. These are manufactured from HSS M-2 material which is hardened and tempered to 62/63 HRC in electric salt baths with precise pyrometric controls. Shaving cutters provide a low cost solution for batch producing gears to a high degree of finish and accuracy. Common applications are in shaving all types of automatic gears and hydraulic pump gears.
