Manufacturing of gear shaving cutters such as conventional, diagonal, underpass and plunge cut is undertaken by Super Hobs & Broaches. Resharpening of indigenous as well as imported cutters is also carried out. Manufacturing as well as resharpening of shaving cutters is carried out on a CNC gear shaving cutter grinding machine. Each cutting tool is accompanied by process data sheet and each process is followed by stage inspection. It ensures uniform and deep heating, better structure and better tool life. The standards followed are BIS, BS, DIN, ASA, JIS and GOST, etc., as per customers? choice or specifications.
