Gear shaving cutters

Industrial Machines & Tools offers high precision gear shaving cutters manufactured by Luren Precision Co, Taiwan, with technology from Samputensili SpA of Italy and ITRI of Taiwan. Shaving cutter material is normally M2 and also ASP23 against special requirement. Four types of cutters are available - conventional, diagonal, plunge and underpass. CAD/CAM system with up-to-date work station to design shaving cutters and data measured by the gear measuring centre accomplished together by computer aided design (CAD). In the design of shaving cutter it can analyse the force equilibrium to attain the stability during machining and to obtain the final teeth profiles as well as provide the re-sharpening diagrams of the correlation between "the tooth thickness and outside diameter", which can provide customer with the data to follow when they need to perform re-sharpening.
