Carmet Tools & Inserts are world leaders in hole making tools, and fabricating precision tools setting industry standards for quality repeatability, production versatility and customer service. Any complex profile is possible with facilities like CNC Wasino and Waida profile grinders, and 8-axis CNC Walter grinders. Profile accuracies up to 0.001 mm are offered for the entire profile length of 800 mm. The range includes profile cutters and tools step from drills and reamers, fur tree cutters, combination radius angle profile cutters, flat form tools, circular form tools, carbide profile inserts, HSS form inserts, threading inserts, in any threading profile. Also diamond PCD and CBN insert cutters are offered in any profile. Form and profile cutters are provided in micro grain solid carbide design from 1 mm to 90 dia and length up to 500 mm, and carbide tipped and HSS design in range of 4 Ø to 450 Ø and length up to 1 metre.
