MMC Metal Singapore offers Face Milling Cutters, ASX455 Series. This is extra fine pitch type face milling cutter. The extra fine pitch type was added to Mitsubishi Materials" reputable screw-on type face milling cutter ASX445 intended for general cutting. ASX445 extra fine pitch type is especially suitable for the operations using a machine with relatively high rigidity but low spindle speed where higher table feed is desirable to increase efficiency. It also displays excellent performance when machining of cast iron. The diameter 50 uses 5 inserts and the diameter 250 uses 24 inserts.
