Dijet Industrial Company Ltd, Japan, offers Hosoi chipper indexable ballnose endmills for die sinking. Excellent cutting action is achieved by the unique Hosoi ballnose spiral insert geometry. They are available in single cutting comer per insert. Two cutting comers per insert are also available with two extra inserts for varied applications. Dijet also offers carbide tipped ballnose endmills in twin blade type with the Hosoi spiral cutting edge; and carbide tipped helical fluted long type ball nose ondmills which facilitate machining of bottom, side and comer surfaces of dies and moulds. These indexable and brazed carbide tipped ballnose endmills permit high feed rates and smooth chip ejection. Excellent performance especially in mould making and die sinking is guaranteed.
