END MILLS

YG-1 India offers End Mills, X 5070. It is made of nano grade carbide, used for machining up to 70 HRc with very high cutting parameters. It is used for high speed cutting up to HRc 65, ultra fine micro grain carbide, for dry cutting and higher productivity. There are different types of end mills: Ti-Phoon end mills are for high speed cutting up to 50 HRc, offers improved productivity; Jet-power end mills are designed for machining stainless steel, inconel, titanium and difficult to machine application; Diamond coated carbide end mills are for dry and high speed cutting for graphite, extended tool life more than 10 times against un-coated end mills; Tank power end mills come with 2-, 3-, 4- and multi flute, slotting, side cutting and profiling with higher speed and feed; Solid carbide end mills come with 2-, 3-, 4- and multi flute micro grain carbide end mills slotting, side cutting and profiling; HSS M42 end mills come with 2-, 3-, 4- and multi flute, short, regular, long end mills slotting, side cutting and profiling.
