This is primarily used for cutting aluminium metal door/window and curtain wall profiles, also used for cutting PVC profiles. Features: 5.4 mtr whole-length inlet guide bar of high precise form without any solder gap which ensures the accuracy of processing and stability of machine bed; 20” hard alloy saw blade, high cutting linear velocity, and automatic spray lubrication cooling system; good surface smooth finish, high accuracy of processing; left and right sawing units can cut profiles simultaneously or separately, simply, convenient and easy for operating; the two saw blades may rotate angle form 45° - 90°, the angle's cutting range is big; and adopts arm waving feeding, which has hydro-pneumatic damper stepless speed regulation system so as to ensure feeding stability.
