Die Sinking Cutters, Taper Ball Nose

Universal Tool offers taper die cutters for milling die cavities in moulds, dies and extrusion die and long cavities and special components requiring long edge taper cutting. These are manufactured from microfine carbide and are offered in the range of ? 1 mm up to ? 40 mm and length of cutting edge right up to 300 mm. These taper endmills have plain or center cutting geometry for direct plunge feeding. They are offered in straight square, cutting face, ball nose or spherical nose. The tapers offered are 2?, 5?, 7?, 11? or as per the customer requirements. These are also offered in coolant fed design where the coolant reaches right up to the end as well as across the length of taper cutting edge. These are offered straight flute slow spiral or high helix depending upon the application.
