Cutter grinder, single lip

Qua-tech Industries manufactures a single lip cutter grinder, Model DG 1. This versatile machine is based on the popular German Deckel model, which is very suitable for grinding pantograph cutter with high accuracy. The machine is built with accurate and flexible angular movement for the type of works. Wheel dressing system is incorporated with machine for fast and accurate result. Specification: max cutter shank dia - 12 mm with standard collet; max radius - ground 20 mm; max relief angle - ground 45?; cutter head standard - 12 index; grinding cup wheel size - 100 dia x 50 width x 20 thick mm; spindle speed - 4500 RPM; power - 0.37 kW, 3-phase (1-phase on request); and dimension and weight - 450 x 400 x 350 mm, 50 kg (approx). standard accessories: table model with motor, switch, lamp, grinding wheel for HSS, 5 and 6 mm collet and wheel dressing attachment diamond tool. Extra accessories: twist drill grinding attachment, 3 to 16 mm drill, extra collet, fine drill grinding special attachment, projecting lense attachment and special index head.
