Integrating cutting edge technology with simplistic design Klauke has introduced “Battery Powered Crimping and Cutting Tools”. These are available from 0.5 to 400 mm² in different versions. The tools are mostly classified into 6- and 12-tonne category. The highlights are: one hand operation; automatic retraction – the jaw opens up after crimping is over; head rotates 360º; high performance Ni-MH batteries; and light weight due to innovative design of the hydraulic system. Klauke tools are backed by efficient after sales service through the Authorised Service Centres, who besides servicing also do periodic calibration of the tools.
