Coated Grades

TaeguTec offers a Coated Grades. These coated grades are used for cutting. MT CVD coated grades: TT1300, TT1500, TT2500, TT3500, TT5100, KT450 - The range includes very high wear resistant thick Al2O3 coated inserts to tough multi-coated inserts to suit each application. PVD coated grades: TT8020, TT5030 - low coating temperatures and sharp cutting edge of PVD coated inserts make them the ideal choice for machining sticky materials. Ceramic: AW20, AB20, AB30, AS10, SC10, AS20 - These are suitable for high speed machining of hardened steel, cast iron and nickel based alloys. Cermets: CT 3000, PV 3010 - A choice of universal un-coated and coated grades give you excellent performance in finish machining, at high cutting speeds. CBN: KB50, KB65, KB80, KB90, KB90A, TB650 - A combination of CBN grades and excellent fabrication techniques, gives the best performance while machining hardened steel, cast iron and cobalt based alloys. PCD: KP500, KP300, KP100 - poly crystalline diamond inserts are fabricated to perfection, to meet the machining demands of non-ferrous materials.
