Apex Knives Private Limited manufactures circular saw blades that are heat-treated in salt bath in controlled atmosphere to achieve required metallurgical properties. These blades are manufactured from imported M-2/6:5:2 steel. The quality of these blades conforms to ISI standards. These saws are available in the range 200 to 400 mm. Proper clamping of the job and sufficient coolant will give the blades longer life. Cutting performance of these saw blade depends upon uniform hardness, proper microstructure and accurate tooth geometry. These blades are offered with speed, feed, tooth profile and pitch as per customer?s requirements.
