Circular Panel Sawblades

For circular panel sawblades, AKE introduce an optimised construction for high performance with low vibration and reduced noise. V-sound damping slots arranged in star shape inside the sawbody, irregular tooth configurations and gullet design make copper rivets and loud cooling slots superfluous. Wet and natural moist softwoods can easily be trimmed with the new carbide for the Ake-Mustang sawblades. A new rapid clamping system for hoggers permits the precise installation of standard types of hoggers. Replacement operations can be carried out without the need for tools or compressed air-the clamping ring is simply twisted by the hand. The plastic deformation of the contact faces at the end of the drive motor shaft prevents the drumming effect associated with hydraulic expanding chucks.
