The CH – Dimple Ceramic insert introduced by TaeguTec is a new concept in ceramic insert for high feed cast iron turning. The ‘CH’ insert is capable of machining at high feed of up to 0.8 mm/rev on cast iron. Traditionally, feed rate in ceramic inserts were restricted by design of the inserts.
