Shimaksha Tool Company established in 1983 manufactures carbide tip brazed/solid carbide/HSS cutting tools such as single point CT brazed tools for lathe, shaping, automat, planning, etc. Multipoint CT brazed and HSS tools such as reamer, spot face, side/face, end mills, slot mills, angle cutter, etc., and wear parts such as CT. Dead centre from MT 0 to MT6 and special as, workrest plates for centreless grinders and bandsaw machines. Speciality: the company uses impact absorbing cushioning brazing joint, which eliminates cracking of carbide tips while brazing as well as while in cutting hence, resulting on very high tool life to the extent of 100% than others (size range 5 mm to 300 mm). Also in HSS tools the company offers tools in HSS M2, M35, M42, T42, ASP30 and cryogenically treated, which results in extra high tool life (size range 5 mm to 300 mm).
