Carbide Tipped Circular Saw Blades

Gebr Lennartz GmbH & Co KG offers in India carbide tipped circular saw blades for steel cutting and for cutting non-ferrous metals. These are available in three types: 1) Cermet carbide tipped, with operative range for thin-walled tubes and profiles, steel and non-ferrous metals and composite material. The cutting speed range is 800-3000 m/min. Advantages: cutting surface without burr economical cutting; 2) Chip deflector, with operative range for cutting of high alloyed steel, eg, x 20 Cr 13, x 45 Cr 13, etc; and cutting of heavy metal, eg, copper ingots and billets. Advantages: economical cutting, increased tool life and reduced production time; and, 3) Vibration reduced, with operative range in steel cutting, non-ferrous metal cutting, eg, cutting of bundled steel slabs, and copper ingots and billets. Advantages: noise-reduction and increased tool life.
