Air Shears

Arhan Technologies offers Air Shears, AS/ASP Series. These are used to cut narrow width metal sheet plates, plastic plates and wire net, etc. material cutting applications. The air shears are available in two types, standard AS type and heavy duty ASP type. These air shears have cutting capacity of metal sheet thickness up to 1 mm and width 15 mm. The cutting width 25 mm is possible for 0.8 mm sheet thickness. Different shapes of blades are available to suit application requirements of material type, cutting width, thickness and access to cutting area. The air shears are ideal for trimming, and shearing of various sheet such as most of the plastics, aluminium, tin, and heavy-duty models can make clean cut for cold rolled steel up to 1 mm in thickness. The air shears find suitability and applications in automobile industry, sheet metal industry, plastic industry, white goods industries and goods packaging applications. The air shears are hand held tools and operated by pressing lever, which have safety locks. The machine fitting air shear models are also available to fix on machine fixtures or table fixtures and could be operated through controlled pneumatic valves or foot-operated switch. The machine mounting models could be useful for high-productive operating environment. The air shears have advantages of reducing operator"s fatigue, increase the productivity and clean cutting.
