Wire Straightening & Cutting Machines

The wire straightening and cutting machine, Model 2T 200, designed by Sharp Tools, can cut various ferrous, non-ferrous and high-tensile wires with diameters between 0.5 mm to 20.00 mm and lengths between 10 mm to 20000 mm. The straightening machines can also be supplied to straighten and cut various cross-sections up to a speed of 240 m/min like: flat strips, oval strips, and other shaped wires. All moving parts of the machinery are made of wear-resistant steel. The machines have been designed to provide ease of operation and minimal wear and tear for easy maintenance. Sharp Tools began operations in 1967 with just five people, and has since grown from strength to strength. Today the company and its sister concerns have more than 300 employees and offer world class machinery for manufacturing welding consumables, machine tool accessories, motors, water pumps and speciality welding electrodes.
