Waterjet Cutting Machines are used to cut any material, any shape, any thickness with speed, economy, high precision and free of temperature related distortions for manufacture fibre rolls for paper mills, textile mills, cold rolling mills and car body press lines for calendering and wet squeezing rolls. Temperatures could be a big deterrent like in ballistics, plastics or alloy steel machining with massive heat effected zones fortunately avoided in case of waterjet which operates with chilled water temperatures below 20ºC.

Tilt A Jet: the older versions of waterjets suffer from tapered edge handicaps which have now been fully overcome by state-of-the-art attachments like Tilt A Jet to shift the taper to the scrap portion.

Optical locator: waterjet is also finding increasing use in combining 2 or more processes where established practices can succeed or precede a waterjet processing with improved possibilities using optical locator to take reference from previously machined edged or cavities.

Moreover with sophisticated homing software the machine automatically decides the most economical path for recovery of components with least wastage. Last but not the least waterjet offers possibility to work with different finishes and economies as a waterjet path can be programmed to cut thick and thin, rough or fine on the same job at different places for optimising economies, finishes or accuracies where actually required.
