Water Jet Cutting Machines

Water Jet Germany offers Water Jet Cutting Machines. These use high pressure water to cut softer material like rubber and abrasive jets add abrasive to water to cut harder material like stone or steel. The high pressure water is forced through a tiny orifice to concentrate high energy in a tiny area to cut. High pressure intensifier pumps are used, working pressure up to 4136 bar/60,000 psi for cutting. The machines can cut stainless steel up to 170 mm thick and aluminium up to 250 mm. Applications: water jet/ abrasive jet cutting is used to cut steel, stainless steel, aluminium, other metals, marble, tiles, glass, plastics and special materials like fibre glass, bullet proof glass etc. Most uses of the machine include making marble designs, stainless steel handrail/ cladding or any 2D profiles, cutting of work of art in glass/ brass/ aluminium, etc. Industries, which use the machines, include automobile, architectural, engineering aerospace, defense, ship building, etc. Machines, in the sizes ranging from 1 m x 1 m to 8 m x 3 m with single or multiple cutting heads, based on the requirement are available.
