Waterjet Cutting Machines

Anjani Technoplast offers Waterjet Cutting Machines. These are works by flowing a large volume of water through a small orifice in the nozzle through a series of high-pressure lines. A pump intensifier forces a stream of filtered water through a tiny orifice in the jewel. There are two types of cutting: pure water cutting primarily used for cutting soft material such as rubber, foam, leather, gasket; and abrasive cutting - the best cutting solution for hard metals. In this system, a high-pressure stream mixes with fine abrasives in a tube to provide extra ordinary cutting power. The water nozzle is replaced by abrasive cutting head, motion control is the heart of this machine which transports jet nozzles along programmed paths to cut complex profiles. Advantages: fast transition from drawing to cutting; burr free finish; most suitable for high volume production; no thermal influence and capable of cutting almost all material cost effectively.
