Swing Type Manually Operated Bandsaw Machine

Mistry Laxman Kadva Machines (P) Ltd. manufactures LK-1 HS Model Swing Type Manually Operated Bandsaw Machine. Standard accessories offered with the machine: Saw drive electric motor, coolant pump, On Off contacter with push buttons; V-belt pulleys with V-belt; Job stopper; Oil field gearbox and hydraulic cylinder; Friction type chip removal wire brush. Optional Accessories include: Chip removal wire brush; Bi-metal bandsaw blades; Carbon steel bandsaw blades; Job roller stand; Mechanical job feeder unit. Machine Operation: Job is to be placed on the machine vice and its length is to be set as per the requirement. Vice clamp is to be clamped manually by its handle and Saw drive is maned on. Saw Arm is moved down upto job then as per gravity/cutting pressure blade cuts the job, After cutting operation completes the machine automatically stops in lower position.
