Strip Straightener

SKI Automation Pvt Ltd offers a range of SKI Strip Coil Straighteners. This is extensively required wherein the combined coil straightening units are built to provide a straightened stock to the press for qualitative finished products. These are power driven, harden and ground pinch rollers supported with the help of needle bearings and have enough power to unwind the stock. The hardened and ground straightening rollers are centrally adjustable and supported in needle bearings and the loop control system automatically trips the motor on and off. This assures the required stock advance per minute. Moreover, variable drive in provided to match the straightened feed according to the feed of the press. In addition, the power driven hardened and grounded coil rollers are available with the cradle mounted in anti friction bearing arranged in arc to equalize weight distribution. Both inner frames are easily adjustable to accommodate. Features: updated product of strip coil straightener specially designed for punching super thin products – as is well known, coil material cannot produce good products without flattening and stress relieving treatments; therefore, the performance of the strip coil straightener is critical in the production process; the flattening and the straightening secondary wheels adopt after HRC60° heat treatment and starts production after plating the hard chrome to ensure the evenness of the chrome layers and the form tolerances of each bearing; and the flattening adjusting adopts the floating four-point balancing equipment, which can find the levelling point rapidly.
