Spark Erosion With Rise & Fall Work Tank

Toolcraft's EDM Model G.70 (R&F) is featured with a cantilever head and rise/fall work tank. The precision machine is rigidly designed to ensure mechanical accuracies over long periods of operation. The fixed work table's size is 700 x 400 mm and X,Y and Z movements are 400 x 250 x 200 mm. The rise and fall feature enables easier loading and unloading of jobs, reduces setting time as the job is freely accessible from all three sides, and also reduces time taken for periodic inspection of jobs, ie, the dielectric need not be drained every time the job is to be inspected. Just lower and raise the work tank with the dielectric. Optional features include motorised X and Y movements, digital readout system, horizontal erosion attachment, rotating spindle attachment and fume exhaust system.
