The Hole Popper serves industry's need for a small hole EDM machine. The new model now provides PC-based CNC capability. Small-hole EDM units are used where speed, accuracy, the ability to leave virtually no burr, and a very high depth to diameter ratio are important. Applications include start holes for wire EDM, production, and mouldmaking. Hole diameters start at 0.004".
