Hindustan Hydraulics offer Shearing Machines, GS series. It is based on swing beam design incorporating NC back gauge, proven and reliable hydraulic system resulting in accuracy and productivity. Models are available in a range of sizes from 4 mm to 25 mm sheet thickness. Features: welded steel frame providing maximum rigidity and cutting accuracy; cutter beam working on precise and adjustable eccentric pivots; rapid blade gap adjustment mechanism; compact, low maintenance and reliable hydraulic unit; and hydraulic hold downs are automatically adjustable for pressure according to sheet thickness. Rapid-blade gap adjustment - the adjustable eccentric pivots of swing beam permits rapid setting of the blade gap clearance within seconds. The pivot is rotated till the pointer corresponds to the thickness of the material to be sheared. This setting is only necessary at one side of the shear as it automatically adjusts blade gap over the length of entire table. These swing beam machines are designed and manufactured to withstand constant load of maximum capacity. Due to simultaneous withdrawal of backgauge and cutter beam, the strips do not get jammed between two blades or between the blades and backgauge stopper. Standard equipment: NC controller; set of blades; squaring arm - 1mtr; backgauge range 10 mm - 1000 mm; see through finger guard; shadow line facility; rapid blade clearance adjustment; foot pedal control unit; and hydraulic and electrical safeties.
