Shearing Machine

Accurshears are heavy, durable machines with low rake angles, and fast cycle times. The Accurshear series includes the precision, ten gauge, six foot shear, that cycles up to 40 full strokes a minute and a powerful quarter inch by 12 foot shear weighing 21,000 pounds capable of 20 full strokes per minute. The shearing machine, 6135 Series (4 mm capacity) comes with the following features: shear capacity up to 56 kg/mm2 tensile and 31 kg/mm2 yield strength; pendant control comes with On/Off buttons, mode selector switch, and stroke control dial; backgauge control includes LED display, inch or metric, units, go-to-position, function, 99 pre-select programs, hour meter and stroke counter; 915 mm backgauge travel with automatic swing up backstop at full extension; 4-edged blades, top and bottom, modified high carbon, high chrome; 3 position footswitch control; 1220 mm squaring arm comes with steel rule with 1/16" and 1 mm, increments; shadow light and line; hand slots in table; and T-slots on top of table.
