Shaping Machine

The Zenith brand shaping machine?is manufactured in stoke length of 457 mm (18) and 610 mm (24).?It is?all geared, having six speeds, ie, 11-16-25-37-57-88 strokes per minute. This is a unique design having built-in clutch and brake mechanism with inching cycle for easier setting of the job. It is driven through a 2 HP, 1440 RPM electric motor. The 610 mm (24) stroke machine is available in both cone pulley V-belt drive and an all geared drive. Both the types have four working speeds of 12-24-48-72 strokes per minute. It is driven through a 3 HP, 960 RPM electric motor. The main body is made of machine tool grade casting and other components are made out of properly selected alloy steels. The machine accuracy is maintained as per the standard test chart. Centralised hand lubrication system is provided. All the three models are equipped with push button On/Off/inching switch, starter, contactor as standard supply.
