Shaping machine

Rajkot-based Jems Engineering Works manufactures Omega shaping machine. This machine is available in two models. Model OM-18 has ram of length 930 mm with length of ram stroke 465 mm. Length and width of ram bearing 620 mm x 235 mm. Ram adjustment is of 240 mm. Maximum vertical travel of tool head is 150 mm with tool slide tilting 90 deg-0-90 deg. The range of ram speeds (in strokes per min) are in steps of 15-30-50-100 mm and range of table feed per stroke 0.170 mm. The standard equipment provided with the machine is the crank handle automatic lubrication while the extra accessories are machine vice, key way cutting attachment, electric motor and electric controls.
