Indo Tech Machines offers Sawing Machines, DCA. These have heavy duty fabricated bed construction, duly stress relieved with heavy beam support below the machine columns to avoid vibrations and distortion to achieve life long accuracy. Hard chrome plated solid columns are duly tested before and after heat treatment. Slide arm is manufactured from graded cast iron. Heavy-duty blade guides come with carbide wear plates, with inbuilt coolant circulation for enhanced blade life. An intelligent hydraulic blade sensor helps in improvement of blade life. Standard accessories: automatic height adjustment for saw frame, step pulley with V-belts, feed control valve, hydraulic blade tensioning attachment, friction type rotating cleaning wire brush, hydraulic main vice and shuttle vice using double acting cylinders, automatic hydraulic feed sensor regulator, cycle sequencing, digital length setting arrangement with 0.1mm "least count", column protection sleeves, auto indexing shuttle of stroke length of 600mm (For 210 DCA, stroke length is 450mm) and synchronised with auto cycle and bimetal band saw blade.
