Features: pipe diameter – 50-600 mm; length – 6 m or optional; self centring 3-jaw chuck; cutting behind through-chuck; NC rotation of chuck; manual hydraulic height control of pipe resting roller; optional ball transfer assisted pipe rest; fixed height/optional NC chuck height control; manual/CNC jaw clamping; gas bevelling with one or optionally two gas torch with 40°degree rotation; optional automatic pipe rest longitudinal adjustment for smallest cut length; optional pipe transfer system; and UPS system. Options: optional plasma/drill unit/plasma marking/pin text marking, powder marking; automatic flame setting; calibrating torch height control assisting in pipe ovality; multi axis CNC control; linear speed 15 m/min; auto ignition; laser pointer; pipe thickness – 3-50 mm, higher thickness is optional; 12” colour touch screen; air conditioning for control unit; fume exhaust is optional; MDI for manual pipe bevel profile; offline pipe profile making/nesting software; USB; and networking for data transfer.
